How to otain your ZRT Results

When the results from your home saliva test are ready, the ZRT lab will mail you a copy to the address that you provide when ordering.  They will also email you a link and if you elct to also see your results on-line they will provide you a user name and password.  Simlply click on the link and follow directions the directions.

How to obtain your DTI Results 

You mail your test vials directly to Diagnos-Techs Lab (DTI).  After 7-10 days pass, you can begin checking the Canary Club website to get your results.  You will need:

  • Your Canary Club username & Password
  • Your DTI "CC code" & Password 

Here are the steps to view your DTI results.  Your test results are also mailed to you.

  1. Go to http://www.canaryclub.org and log-in to your Canary Club member account.
  2. Once logged in, the "Members Order Page" appears. Click on the Diagnos-Techs picture.  
  3. Click on the right side of the form that says: "returning users".  Enter your DTI "CC code" &  password and click the log in button.
  4. When the page next opens you should be able to see the progress of your home saliva test at the top of the section that is labeled "Diagnos-Techs". If your test has been processed, you will see "Click to View" otherwise your test has not been processed.
  5. Select "Click to View" to view your test results.  This step may take a minute until your results are generated. The results of your home saliva test will also be mailed to you.
