There's a difference between logging into the Canary Club and logging into the lab.  You must log in to Canary Club before you can log in to the lab. 

Every entry is case sensitive so user name and password  must be entered exactly the same way as when you registered. 

If you are experiencing difficulty logging in to Canary Club, try the following:

1. Clear out cache on your browser. 

2. Try a different browser than the one you have been using.

3. If you are using AOL ,Yahoo (or Hotmail) see the AOL, Hotmail,Yahoo FAQ

Every computer is different and may run different versions of browsers,different security (firewalls, virus protection etc)and pop up blockers. There may be settings on your computer preventing you from logging in.
