To order The Baseline Home Saliva Hormone Test Kit or obtain your test results from Diagnos-Techs Lab, or to order The Combo Kit from ZRT Lab, you must be a Canary Club Member. If you aren't a member you must register to order.

Once you log in to the Canary Club click on the link that says "Hormone Test Kits" 
Then Click on either Order ZRT Lab Tests or Order Baseline Test.
