Home Hormone Saliva Test Kits Ordered from New York 

The state of New York has additional licensing requirements and ZRT and Diagnos-Techs Labs have chosen not to pursue them. Therefore, we cannot place orders for home hormone saliva testing kits for residents in NY state.  

The hormone saliva test form included with the collection supplies has a section that asks if you are a resident of New York, and if the sample was collected in NY. If "yes" is answered to either question, The lab will not be able to run the test.
