You must register if you wish to order a Home Hormone Test from the Canary Club .

To Register:

Click "register here on any page.

Fill in the registration form that appears - the password must have at least six characters. Be sure and keep a copy of your password exactly as when you registered as log in information is case sensitive.

Select a User Name different than your email address.  Do not use the underscore_. You must enter user name and password exactly as when you register.

Click "send registration"
