Ordering Notices

There are some exceptions or restrictions when ordering.    You will find them listed in the section ORDERING  NOTICES! at the bottom of this page.  

A few of these restrictions are:

• We are now able to process tests kits from NY State through Labrix.
  
• We do process tests for California (CA) Residents, when you are a member of the Canary Club.
• We are not able to process orders to Post Office Boxes. You must give a street address.
  
• We cannot submit insurance reimbursement claims to your insurer.  Click here For insurance information.
• You can view our product information, but you cannot order products until you REGISTER & LOGIN.  Once you LOGIN you will see the ORDER BUTTON.

How To Order, Receive a Test, and Get Results

Ordering Your Home Self-Test Kit

• Please understand that each lab is unique, and has different ways of processing your test kit and getting the results to you.  Please look at the "Our Kits Suppliers (Labs)" section for an understanding of the labs.
  

• When you are ready to purchase one or more tests, click the ORDER BUTTON and you will be immediately routed to the specific lab for the product(s) you want to order.  You may return to the Canary Club website by pressing the BACK button.

• Once you are routed to the  ZRT lab website, you can build up a shopping cart and place your order. 
  

• Please understand that there is a distinct separation between the lab websites and the Canary Club.  The lab will ask you for billing & shipping information.  While this request may seem redundant (and some of it is), they are responsible for processing payment, shipment, and results  of your test kits.
• The lab will mail your results directly to you 7-10 business days after they receive the samples.
