When I found this tool, I couldn't believe how great it was! Many people are picky eaters and it was becoming quite a chore to search for recipes that had some ingredients but not the others.

With this neat tool, you can pick foods you like and exclude foods you don't and it searches a database of over 100 healthy recipes. Not too shabby!

Here are some great healthy snack options (Mini Meals) for weight loss and optimal health. Remember organic is always better!

  • Any Salad (Dressing: Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Spices - Add Mustard to Switch it Up)
  • Veggie Sandwich/Chicken/Fish with Wrap
  • Salsa with Flax Chips
  • Plain Yogurt and Low Glycemic Fruit
  • All Natural, Organic Peanut Butter (In small amounts)
  • All Natural, Organic Almond Butter
  • Avacado with Sea Salt
  • Guacamole (Avacado, Tomato, Lemon Juice, Cilantro, Onion)
  • Celery Sticks
  • Carrots
  • Sliced Cucumbers
  • Sliced Apples and Pears
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • Oatmeal topped with goji berries is a great option in colder weather.
  • Fruit or fruit salad (orange, strawberries, watermelon, berries etc.). Top it with yogurt if you like.
  • Rice cakes with peanut butter (good for getting a protein punch)
