Which is what started Audrey on this path of health and career. Having been told her symptoms were normal, she self-diagnosed endometriosis. This was later confirmed by doctors, saying she would be infertile. Audrey performed a complete lifestyle overhaul, improving her nutrition, way of thinking and way of living. She is now not only pain-free but also the mom to twin boys born in December 2016!
Through her bi-monthly webinars, Audrey lovingly shares insights and guidance so that we can take action, knowing we’re supported. She also offers personal health coaching, short and long term programs and masterclasses.
