Test includes:

Reproductive hormones: Estradiol (E2, the most potent of the estrogens), Progesterone, Testosterone. Tested in saliva.

Adrenal hormones: Cortisol, the "master stress hormone", with four samples taken morning, noon, evening and bedtime to track adrenal function throughout the day. Also DHEA-S, an important adrenal hormone related to weight and sex hormone issues. Tested in dried saliva.

Thyroid hormones: We measure the full complement of thyroid hormones: TSH, free T4, free T3, and TPO-related antibodies. Tested in blood spot.

Vitamin D: Measures both the active (D3) and supplemented (D2) forms in order to detect deficiency in the absence of symptoms, and to monitor supplemented levels. Tested in blood spot.
