Starts at $299. Every option combines 7 saliva hormones with dried-urine neurotransmitter-related markers.
Choose the Core profile, add more detail about daily stress and sleep patterns, or choose a 4-point saliva cortisol to see how cortisol changes across the day.
ZRT base profile: SU-840 | Saliva LCMS Hormones 7 + Dried Urine LCMS Neurotransmitters
All four profiles combine the same core 7 saliva hormones with dried-urine neurotransmitter-related markers. Start with SU-840, or choose additional testing for daily cortisol, stress, and sleep-related patterns.
Every choice includes the core hormone and neurotransmitter testing. The difference is the additional daily-rhythm information included.

SU-840 — Core Profile
The starting profile: 7 saliva hormones plus the core dried-urine neurotransmitter-related panel.
SU-844 — Cortisol Pattern Focus
Keeps the core hormone and neurotransmitter testing but measures saliva cortisol at four points during the day instead of a single cortisol measurement.
SU-841 — Stress + Sleep Focus
Adds four daily dried-urine measurements of free cortisol, free cortisone, and MT6s, a major melatonin metabolite. This provides more information about daily stress- and sleep-related rhythms.
SU-842 — Most Detailed Urine Profile
Includes the SU-841 daily-rhythm testing and also measures norepinephrine and epinephrine repeatedly across the collection period for additional stress-response pattern information.
Important: SU-840 and SU-841 already include norepinephrine and epinephrine in the core neurotransmitter panel. SU-842 expands these to repeated measurements.
Neurotransmitters and hormones are different chemical-messenger systems, but both are involved in functions related to mood, sleep, stress response, energy, focus, reproduction, and sexual health.
Looking at these laboratory markers together can give you and your clinician more context when reviewing symptoms and patterns.
Important: urinary neurotransmitter testing does not directly measure neurotransmitter levels inside the brain. It measures neurotransmitter-related compounds found in urine.
SU-840 is the foundation of all four profile choices.
Estradiol (E2), Estriol (E3), Estrone (E1), Progesterone (Pg), Testosterone (T), DHEA-S (DS), and Cortisol (C).
The dried-urine panel reports 25 neurotransmitter-related markers, metabolites, amino acids, and pathway compounds, plus creatinine as an adjunct urine marker.
Neurotransmitter and signaling markers include:
GABA, Glutamate, Glycine, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Histamine, Serotonin, and Phenethylamine.
Related metabolites include:
DOPAC, homovanillic acid (HVA), 5-HIAA, normetanephrine (NMN), and vanillylmandelic acid (VMA).
Amino acids and related pathway compounds include:
Tryptophan, taurine, tyrosine, tyramine, glutamine, histidine, N-methylhistamine, kynurenine, kynurenic acid, 3-hydroxykynurenine, and xanthurenic acid.
Adjunct urine marker: Creatinine (Crtn).
Samples: Saliva + Dried Urine
Cortisol normally changes throughout the day. One measurement shows cortisol at one moment; several measurements provide information about its daily pattern.
SU-844 measures cortisol at four saliva collection points.
SU-841 and SU-842 use a different approach, measuring free cortisol and free cortisone at four dried-urine collection points together with four measurements of the melatonin metabolite MT6s.
These are different approaches to daily-rhythm testing—not simply “more” or “less” testing.
You may want to discuss hormone- and neurotransmitter-related testing with your clinician if you are experiencing concerns such as:
These concerns can have many possible causes. Laboratory results should be reviewed together with your symptoms, health history, medications, supplements, and other clinical information.
Important: These profiles provide laboratory measurements and do not diagnose a medical condition by themselves. Results are best reviewed with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
If you still don't feel right, but you think the health system is not listening to you, clear lab results can help you be heard. Use this product's results to bring specific information to your appointment, ask better questions, and advocate for your own health while you and your clinician decide the right next steps.
