The test includes:

Reproductive hormones: estradiol (E2, the most potent of the estrogens), progesterone, and testosterone. Tested in saliva.

Adrenal hormones: Cortisol, the "master stress hormone," with four samples taken morning, noon, evening, and bedtime to track adrenal function throughout the day. Also DHEA-S, an important adrenal hormone related to weight and sex hormone issues. Tested in dried saliva.

Thyroid hormones: We measure the six most clinically useful thyroid function tests, giving a more thorough assessment compared with monitoring TSH alone: TSH, FT4, FT3, TT4, and TPOab tested in blood spot.

Vitamin D: measures both the active (D3) and supplemented (D2) forms in order to detect deficiency in the absence of symptoms and to monitor supplemented levels. Tested in blood spot.
